QUALITY OF LIFE CENTER Estonian Quality of Life Center was founded in 1996 at Chair of Psychology in Tallinn University of Technology (TUT) as Estonian center.
World Health Organization (
WHO
) established Estonian Quality of Life Center for research quality of life to develop a quality of life assessment (
WHOQOL instruments
) that would be applicable cross-culturally.
Estonian Quality of Life Center was an one local center among 32
WHO Quality of Life regional centers
. Because the structural reform at TUT the Chair of Psychology (incl. Estonian Quality of Life Center) was closed. Thirty years later PE Konsult will continue Estonian Quality of Life Center’ activities and research.
